Using Pebble Words

Pebble Words is a private, family-focused app for saving the things your kids say. It is not designed for public sharing, social feeds, or performance. Please use it in a way that respects your family’s privacy and the spirit of the product.

Who can use Pebble Words

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pebble Words. If you are using Pebble Words on behalf of a family or household, you are responsible for how it is used.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at support@pebblewords.com.

Your content

You own the content you save in Pebble Words. We do not claim ownership of your quotes, kid names, stories, or exports.

You are responsible for the content you add. Please do not use Pebble Words to store illegal content, harmful material, or anything that violates the rights of others.

Privacy

Your privacy matters. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse Pebble Words. This includes attempting to access data that is not yours, interfering with the service, using automated scraping tools, or trying to use Pebble Words for unintended purposes.

Exports and backups

Pebble Words may allow you to export your data. Exports are provided as a convenience and may not be available at all times. You are responsible for keeping your own backups if you want an additional copy of your memories.

Availability

Pebble Words is provided on an as available basis. We work hard to keep it stable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change over time as the product evolves.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If we make material changes, we may ask you to review and accept an updated version before continuing to use the app.

Termination

You may stop using Pebble Words at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being abused or if required by law. If you need help deleting your account, contact support@pebblewords.com.

Pebble Words is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pebble Words will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to bring claims in courts located in Illinois, unless a different venue is required by law.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
